大会简介
APEC技展会是亚太经合组织（APEC）框架下中小企业领域重要合作项目，1996年以来已成功举办了十届，分别在青岛、福州、成都、义乌、深圳、沈阳等地举办，得到了APEC各成员经济体的积极参与和肯定。
第十一届技展会由工业和信息化部、陕西省人民政府共同主办，聚焦疫情结束后中小企业发展的难点和痛点，在政策解读、技术创新、投融资、人才等各个方面，提升专业化、国际化、市场化水平，为企业提供一个产品展示、成果共享和相互融合的平台。深化我国与各成员经济体以及“一带一路”国家地区中小企业间的务实合作，提升中小企业的国际竞争力和可持续发展能力。


Introduction to the conference
APEC technical exhibition is an important cooperation project in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises under the framework of APEC. It has been held successfully for ten times since 1996. It has been held in Qingdao, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Yiwu, Shenzhen and Shenyang, and has been actively participated and affirmed by APEC member economies.
The 11th technical exhibition, jointly hosted by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the people's Government of Shaanxi Province, focuses on the difficulties and pain points of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises after the outbreak. In various aspects, such as policy interpretation, technological innovation, investment and financing, talents, etc., the 11th technical exhibition will promote professional, international and market-oriented level, and provide a platform for product display, achievement sharing and mutual integration. Deepen our pragmatic cooperation one with the member economies one after another and one belt, one road, and the other is to enhance the international competitiveness and sustainable development of SMEs.


展品范围
（一）科技装备展区
高档数控机床、航空航天装备、先进轨道交通装备、节能与新能源汽车、电力装备、农机装备、石油天然气和新能源科技及装备、洁净煤化工科技及装备、清洁发电科技及装备、工业节能与清洁生产及行业融合联产技术等机构及企业。
（二）新材料产业展区
先进基础材料、有色冶金、关键战略材料、前沿新材料及新材料产业发展的重点专用装备的机构及企业，新材料产业发展的重点工艺技术创新成果。
（三）人工智能展区
范围：人工智能芯片、计算机视觉、机器学习、自然语言处理、机器人技术、生物识别技术、人脸识别技术、语音识别、大数据处理、智能机器人、智能终端及智慧城市等。
（四）医工交叉及安全应急展区
医工交叉在新药研发、制药装备、诊断检验装备、治疗装备、监护与生命支持装备、植介入器械、健康管理、防疫物资等领域优秀产品和科技成果。应急救援类装备、传染病控制类装备、处置类装备、核和辐射处置类装备、试剂、疫苗、药品等、保障系统、应急服务、医疗服务等。
（五）物联网、工业互联网及工业服务业展区
工业互联网、智能传感与芯片、通信与平台支撑、车联网、工业设计及技术服务、投融资服务、信息服务、创业服务、培训服务等机构及企业、中小企业公共服务凭条、“双创”基地、工业园区等。
（六）创新成果展区
不属于以上行业的新技术、新业态、新产业、新模式，各地特色产业、陕西省低碳转型发展成就展示等。

（2） Exhibition area of new material industry
Organizations and enterprises of advanced basic materials, non-ferrous metallurgy, key strategic materials, frontier new materials and key special equipment for the development of new material industry, and key technological innovation achievements for the development of new material industry.
（3） Artificial intelligence exhibition area
Scope: artificial intelligence chip, computer vision, machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, biometrics, face recognition, speech recognition, big data processing, intelligent robot, intelligent terminal and smart city, etc.
（4） Medical engineering cross and safety emergency exhibition area
Excellent products and scientific and technological achievements in the fields of new drug research and development, pharmaceutical equipment, diagnostic testing equipment, treatment equipment, monitoring and life support equipment, interventional devices, health management, epidemic prevention materials, etc. Emergency rescue equipment, infectious disease control equipment, disposal equipment, nuclear and radiation disposal equipment, reagents, vaccines, drugs, support system, emergency services, medical services, etc.
